Shipping, Returns & Refunds

1) Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification once your order has been shipped.
2) Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries and regions. Shipping times may vary depending on your destination, carrier availability, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
3) Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method, unless otherwise stated.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any such promotions will be subject to the terms stated at the time of offer.
4) Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on your country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
5) Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition;

have all original tags and packaging intact;

not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
To request a return, please contact us first at service@somnadlab.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
6) Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

final sale or discounted items

gift cards
-
customized or made-to-order items

items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
7) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. Please note that the exact timing may depend on your payment provider or bank.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or an incorrect item received.
8) Return shipping costs
Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
9) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@somnadlab.com.

We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
10) Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
